before nov. 23 2008 i didn't include tips (at restaurants and stuff) or atm fees. from nov. 23 on i did include such expenses.
also, from nov. 25 2008 on i will make a note when the amount of money i pay is only for a portion of the thing described or pictured (like if i share something with someone.)
as of 2/18 2009 i don't list postage when i mail things that i sold or are for bookmooch, just when it's a gift or something like that i think.
(also i have netflix, they bill me $18.41 a month i think)
